2009年年底,風(fēng)力總裝機(jī)量達(dá)到250億瓦特,四年來的總裝機(jī)量已經(jīng)翻了一倍。可現(xiàn)在的主要風(fēng)電來源還只限于西部地區(qū),但西部地區(qū)的用電需求量相對東部地區(qū)是有限的。
有效的風(fēng)電利用是很少的,因?yàn)槿狈ο鄳?yīng)的電纜網(wǎng)絡(luò)來輸送。例如我國東北地區(qū)的電網(wǎng),今年能支持92億瓦特電量輸送,但是現(xiàn)在有132億瓦特風(fēng)電將在今年建成。
China is considering ways to ensure grid connection and demand for power output to be generated from a planned wind power capacity of 90 (GW) in 2015, China's National Energy Administration (NEA) said.
The government also intends to find technologically to accommodate the clean energy.
China's installed wind power capacity has been doubling annually in the past four years to around 25 GW at the end of 2009, with the majority built in inland regions where wind power is rich but power demand is relatively small.
However, effective wind capacity is smaller. Some wind power farms ground to a halt as local grid capacity could not take up a rising number of intermittent energy sources while some others stood idle from day one due to the lack of grid access.
The regional grid in northeastern China, for example, can provide grid connection for 9.2 GW of wind power capacity this year, but a total of 13.2 GW of wind power mills are expected to be installed throughout the year.
